What is Upfit?

Upfit is an iPhone app that uses your front camera to count your reps and give spoken form cues during bodyweight workouts at home. Your camera video is never recorded or uploaded.

You stand your phone on the floor and step back until it can see you from head to feet. The app tracks your body on the phone itself, counts your reps out loud and speaks a short correction when a rep falls short. You need no equipment and no wearable.

Is Upfit available?

Yes. Upfit went live on the App Store on 8 October 2026. It is free to download, and every new account gets 3 days of full access with no payment details needed. Get Upfit on the App Store. Upfit is for iPhone only. There is no Android or iPad version.

Who makes Upfit?

Upfit is made by Eray and Arda, two founders based in the UK. The company name in our legal documents is UpFit, Inc.

How do I contact Upfit?

Email support@upfit.mobile. You can also message us from the Support tab inside the app. Replies in that chat are written by people on our team, not a bot. Privacy requests go to privacy@upfit.mobile.

No. Upfit (upfit.mobile) is not related to UPfit gym software, "Upfit — Gym Workout App", UpFit Coach or other apps with similar names.
